It’s a no-brainer
Most companies say their greatest asset is their staff, so it makes sense to invest in that asset with training that gives people the headspace to think about themselves (not just the job). By focusing on the uniqueness of their personal brand – what they bring to the table in a way nobody else does – their confidence, motivation and productivity move up a gear.
There are lots of reasons staff can give for needing a bit of self-development (see if any of these ring a bell):
- They want to feel more confident being their authentic self.
- They want to highlight their differences in a positive way.
- They want to raise their profile (without coming across as arrogant).
- They want better buy-in from their stakeholders.
- They want insight into how they’re seen by others.
- They want to have more influence, gravitas and personal impact.
You won’t be surprised to learn that personal brand training ticks each and every one of those boxes, however diverse delegates’ backgrounds, experiences and accomplishments are.
The training can be delivered as an online session or in-person workshop, with content that’s off-the-peg (for those with broader learning objectives and tighter budgets) or made-to-measure (for those with detailed learning objectives requiring a bespoke solution).

Case study
A leading supermarket created a talent programme aimed at helping high-potential individuals from minority groups to raise their profile and increase their impact.
Over 150 delegates, in small cohorts, attended an in-person workshop where they spent a full-day digging deep into their personal brands in both individual and group exercises. By examining the what makes them different and the value that brings, they felt more confident to share their brand with others to help them appreciate that value too.
Case study
A bank with offices around the globe sought training that would help to bring people together to learn about themselves and each other, appreciating the breadth of diversity.
A series of modules, comprising online webinars plus offline exercises, gave attendees detailed insight into their personal brands – shining a spotlight on their individuality derived from their unique backgrounds, experiences and accomplishments – before equipping them with tools to subtly share their brand with others.
Case study
A law firm wanted its staff, particularly women, to improve their ability to articulate their achievements – especially in their annual review – with a simple way for them to craft their message and share it with confidence.
A bespoke online training session was designed, using case studies from the client to ensure the content was entirely relevant. Through a series of exercises, delegates followed a three-step process that culminated in them writing a statement setting out a key achievement, for which they received immediate feedback and further tips.
The sessions were engaging, thought provoking and very popular amongst our learners. Jennifer’s approach is flexible, solutions focused and fun and her insight has added a huge amount of value.

Jennifer has a very refreshing approach to helping people build their personal brand. It’s not your usual “go and do this and you’ll be fine” approach, but a lot deeper and more personal.
Ian Turner, Head of People Development, Talk Talk
Jennifer’s ability to rapidly identify our real needs and introduce a range of tools and techniques that could be put to use immediately was amazing and the impact on the team was palpable.
Scott Jarvis, Head of Talent & Learning, Harrods
Jennifer has a straight to the point attitude, sharp and clear messages, but always gentle and empathetic in the format. She gave participants information they could use right after the sessions.
Emine Bozdogan, Global Procurement Manager, Vodafone
The workshop was valuable. I’m seeing improved engagement, an appreciation of alternative points of view, self-reflection, plus an improved awareness of self and style in the fullest sense.
